The Rapid Start Program is provided as an incentive to new licensees whose goal is to build a strong career foundation and achieve success as a professional real estate broker. Windermere Realty Trust has incorporated the Ninja Selling system tools into our company culture with proven results. The one-year Rapid Start Plan is based on a new associate's commitment to attend a Ninja Installation; practice the principles of the system, and participate in regular coaching sessions with Managing Principal Broker.
Rapid Start Plan Benefits
-Up to $250 toward your charges for business cards,
announcements, personalized signs, etc.
-Up to $1,100 toward expenses of attending Windermere Way or a Ninja
Selling Installation.
-Company paid Rapid Start new agent training.
-Commission splits of 70% to you and 30% to Company
up to threshold of $19,950 for your first year.
-Monthly fees waived until first Closing!
*Terms and fees subject to addendum to company/associate agreement

- First 6 months, meet 2x per month (alternating interactive sessions & 1-on-1 coaching)
